VAT Exemption / Zero Rating
Many of our clients are eligible for VAT relief. By simply completing a declaration form you may be able to obtain VAT relief when purchasing our products.
Please Note: To qualify you must be chronically sick or disabled and be purchasing the goods for personal and domestic use which is relevant to your disability.
Many of our products are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and are eligible for VAT relief, however there are some items that are not eligible for VAT relief. These products are will incur VAT, which everyone must pay.

All our products come with a full 12-month guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase.
Please Note: Consumables such a bulbs and tyres and items damaged accidentally or by lack of due care and attention are not covered by the warranty.
